Service Description

This is usually a one-to-two time meeting with follow-ups once or twice a year. We will meet as a family to discuss all family eating styles, desires, and family rituals. This is more instructional than coaching, as we will learn about the values of nutrition, and in a fun and entertaining way, garner some ah-ha moments, and learn some budget saving tricks. Family cooking can also be incorporated for extra fun and kick-starting of new ways for family bonding and learning! A series for discounted pricing can also be obtained.
